At Siti Jewellery, our products are crafted with care and precision to ensure the highest quality. As such, we operate a No-Refund Policy.

1. Exchange Policy
We offer product exchanges under the following conditions:
* The item must be returned within 7 days of delivery in its original condition, unworn, and with all packaging intact.
* Exchanges can only be made for items of equal or greater value. For items of higher value, the customer will need to pay the price difference.
* The customer is responsible for all return and reshipping costs unless the exchange is due to a defect or incorrect item received.

2. Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items cannot be exchanged:
* Personalized or custom-made jewellery.
* Items that have been altered, damaged, or show signs of wear.
* Items purchased during clearance or promotional sales.

3. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will arrange for an exchange or replacement at no additional cost to you.
